Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Score Tracker account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below. We are committed to handling your request promptly and transparently.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email Compose an email from the address associated with your Score Tracker account to JagTheFriend12@gmail.com.
  2. Use a clear subject line Set the subject to "Account Deletion Request — Score Tracker" so we can process your request quickly.
  3. Include your account details Provide your username or the email address registered with the app so we can locate your account.
  4. Send the request We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data Deletion & Retention

The following table describes what data is deleted upon account removal and what may be retained for legitimate business purposes.

Note: "Deletion" means your personal data is permanently removed from our active databases and backup systems within 30 days of your verified request. Some anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
